Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is complete, with all parts and components intact, and the packaging is in the same condition as when received.

  • Reasonable handling is expected; damage caused by careless use will not be accepted.

  • Items where hygiene is a factor must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • If the product is found to be defective upon arrival, it must be reported immediately.

  • Lumarish reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, your return will be officially confirmed within that period.

Lumarish reserves the right to reject returned items if we suspect they were used or damaged without any fault on our part.

 

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start your return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@lumarish.com

  2. Make sure your email includes the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage)

  • First and last name

  • Customer address

We will get back to you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your package to the sender’s address. You will receive the appropriate return address after contacting us.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions, provided you are a private individual placing an order for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the day you, or someone authorized by you (excluding the carrier), received the final item in your order.

Please note: Lumarish operates with a fully automated system. This means orders are processed and dispatched immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to stop the shipment. Cancellation is only possible after receiving the items and sending them back to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Lumarish) of your decision to cancel the contract via an unambiguous statement (e.g. email).
Your cancellation becomes valid only once we have received the returned items.
Customers bear the full cost of return shipping.


Shipping in Transit

Please be aware that our items are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We kindly ask you to wait until the order has arrived, then follow the return instructions if you still wish to return the item.

Of course, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure the fastest processing of your return, we ask that you provide a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.


Refund Process

If you cancel this contract and your return is approved, we will refund all payments made by you, excluding the original shipping fees (and any extra charges for premium delivery options chosen by you instead of our standard shipping method).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
